This environmentally-savvy market and café is lobby level at the new Honua Kai Resort & Spa in North Ka’anapali. An excellent wine selection complements a bevy of Maui made products which Market Manager Erin Kelley will happily customize into artful gift baskets. The market sells its own roasted 100 % Maui coffee; fresh, seasonal produce and local eggs. It’s also perfect for quick, casual lunches or stocking the picnic basket—‘Aina is just a short walk north of Kahekili (Airport Beach). Hot Panini sandwiches, organic salads, decadent gelato and freshly baked goods round out the gourmet coffee bar.  From fresh fish tacos on Tuesdays to monthly organic wine tastings, there is always something happening.
