As a child, I loved eating out with my family. And having been raised in Hawaii you can imagine the culinary changes I've experienced. Today, as publisher of Menu, I'm in the position to try out every one of Maui's restaurants. Each of the restaurants included here represents the best of West Maui and Central/South Maui, each one is unique.
