HALI‘IMAILE’S PINK POMELO TINI

Ingredients:
2 oz. Ocean Vodka
3 Pink Pomelo Segments
2 oz. Pink Pomelo Juice
.5 oz. Lime
.5 oz. Simple Syrup
1 Sprig of Mint
Method:
• Rim the martini glass with Red Alae salt and Maui Sugar
• Build in shaker cup
• Muddle all ingredients together with ice and strain into martini glass
• Garnish with sprig o’mint and Pink Pomelo
