This is an experience you won‘t want to miss. The chefs prepare your Northern Italian five course dinner tableside. The evening begins with their Amuse Bouche which consists of Squash Blossoms, Goat Cheese Olivada, Piquillo Pepper Coulis the first course: Local Ono Gravlox, Fennel Salad, Preserved Lemon with Crostini Proscuitto di Parma with an Asparagus Truffle Vinaigrette paired with an excellent Vietti-Roero Arneis-Piedmont 2005. Next is a Warm Duck Confit, served over Upcountry Greens and Apricots and finished with a Shallot Vinaigrette and paired with Oberto – Barbera D’Alba – Piedmont – 2005-Or the Seared Scallops served over a Lentil Salad with Wild Arugula, paired with Terlano “Kreuth” Chardonnay – Alto Adige 2003. The third course- Short ribs, Saffron Risotto with Fried Garlic Gremolata, paired with Roccolo Grassi – Valpolicella Classico – Veneto – 2003-Or Butter Poached Lobster, Risotto Nero, Mascarpone Cappuccino and paired with Coppo – Chardonnay – “Costebianche” – Piedmont – 2004.
