Situated along a sandy beach where Maui’s royal family used to entertain are individual tables in a garden patio with views of Lahaina’s dramatic sunsets. This sit-down dinner offers five epicurean courses from the Pacific islands of Tonga, Tahiti, Samoa, and Hawai‘i. Nationally-acclaimed Chef James McDonald designed the menu based on his interpretation of the traditional dishes of each nation-state. It’s a royal tour of the cuisine of Polynesia sharing the spotlight with music and dance from four Pacific islands. The tour is presented in courses; savor delicacies from each island as the evening’s performances unfold before your table. Costumes, music and dance match the dishes being served for that island. The romantic setting, combined with the culinary artistry of the chef and multi-faceted talent of the performers, makes The Feast at Lele luau an adventure for all the senses.
