Spago Located at Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea, features a fusion of Hawaiian and California cuisine with Pacific Rim flavors. Menu items include Sashimi of Ahi & Big Island Moi with Yuzu Ponzu and Ogo Salad, Whole Big Island Moi Steamed “Hong Kong” Style with Chili, Ginger and Baby Choy Sum, Grilled Cote de Boeuf with Braised Celery, Armagnac, Peppercorns and “Pommes Aligot” and Kona Lobster with “Sweet & Sour” Banana Curry, Coconut Rice and Dry-Fried Green Beans. Spago’s Sommelier enhances the menu with an international wine program featuring wines from the United States, Europe, Australia and South America. A stunning bar and intimate lounge area adds to the dynamic space that allows guests to enjoy the magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean and Wailea Beach.

Capische? Located at the Diamond Resort in Wailea, Capische? is the perfect place for a romantic dinner for two or a gathering of friends with its breathtaking views and sunsets. Executive Chef Brian Etheredge captures the essence of Italian cooking with his multi-regional influences, the finest local ingredients and a passion for perfection. Signature dishes include the Portabello Mushroom appetizer with herb goat cheese and red wine reduction, Seafood Cioppino traditionally prepared with lobster, prawns, scallops, calamari and fresh fish in a saffron fennel broth and cappellini. Their roasted rack of lamb is enhanced with a parsley risotto, candied figs and natural jus. The wine list is remarkable, the cuisine exquisitely flavored and the atmosphere exceptional. So relax with a cocktail in the piano lounge, then take your seat at a private table on the terrace while the setting sun bathes the island of Maui in an amber glow.

Sarento’s on the Beach Located on Keawakapu Beach in South Kihei, Sarento’s offers beautiful ocean views to accompany their outstanding cuisine and service. The restaurant’s ambience is casually elegant. A private dining area enclosed in glass is available for those special events. Chef George Gomes utilizes only locally grown produce, herbs and spices and the most fresh fish and seafood. The menu is characterized as Regional Italian and Mediterranean. The dishes are light and delicate while filled with flavors and the menu changes seasonally. For you meat lovers you must try the Osso Bucco or the 20 oz. T-bone Steak Florentine style, to name a few. Sarento’s wine list is outstanding and includes many vintages from Italy and some rare Tuscan finds. Caffe Ciao Located at The Fairmont Kea Lani Maui in Wailea, this charming outdoor garden Venetian trattoria is open for lunch and dinner. Caffe Ciao offers a genuine “Taste of Italy” with their unique authentic Italian salads, pastas and hand-tossed pizzas made to order in their Kiawe wood-burning pizza oven. Thailand Cuisine Enter an exotic oasis to escape the routine and dine at Thailand Cuisine, tucked away in Kihei’s Kukui Mall Center. The serene harmony of the far east can be found in its inviting blue and white interior filled with lush green plants. Hand-woven textiles and hand-embroidered silk cover the tables and menus. Richly decorated with gilt-edged gold Buddha, hand-carved wall hangings, and exquisite blue-and-white porcelain dishware, this restaurant offers an inviting ambiance for dining. Take-out is also welcomed and is a plus for condominium guests. As a family owned and operated business, Thailand Cuisine brings a high standard of excellence to its menu offerings and service. Utilizing an imaginative blend of spices, herbs, roots and leaves, the Thai chef enhances natural flavors and textures of his key ingredients - chicken, beef, pork or shrimp. The Vegetarian Lovers section of the menu is expansive and features truly vegan dishes. Serving lunch Mon-Sat. and dinner nightly, this 64-seat restaurant comes highly recommended.

Buzz’s Wharf Located in Ma’alaea Harbor, a bay famous for its “Freight Train” surfing wave and whale watching, Buzz’s is a family owned business, established in 1967 and now in second and third generation hands. It was Eileen Cowan Macdonald (closely linked to Tahiti) who brought the first cuttings of pink ginger (on our tables) to Hawaii from Tahiti. Buzz’s is a family restaurant serving American cuisine with an Island flavor-Prawns Tahitian, Baked Papaya and Teriyaki steak to name a few. All beef entrees are Certified Angus Beef tm. Buzz’s is unique in that they serve delicious Paradise Prawns from their Blue Lagoon Farms in New Caledonia (located near Australia and New Zealand) These saltwater prawns are raised in large ponds with continually circulating water pumped in from the clear blue lagoons of New Caledonia’s West coast. They are fed nutritional natural food pellets that contribute to their wonderful clean, sweet taste. These Paradise Prawns are now being exported to Japan,France and the mainland U.S.

Kobe Japanese Steak House & Oku's Sushi Bar “Teppanyaki” means grill cooking in Japanese, and at Kobe, it means the type of dining where you receive service with fun as your meal is prepared in front of you. Lahaina Fish Co. The name says it all, and the fabulous waterfront location draws you in--Lahaina Fish Co. serves more varieties of fish than any other restaurant on Front Street, and overlooks the calm waters of the AuAu Channel. With expansive decks on two levels, Lahaina Fish Co. boasts great views from any floor. Offering more than eight fresh fish dishes nightly and a trio of Pacific Rim specialties, this bustling restaurant has reinvented itself over the years. Chef Keith Salvador, who comes from a family tradition of chefs in Hawai‘i, has created a signature pupu (appetizer) that’s received the highest accolades: Ahi Katsu. It’s Hawaiian tuna sashimi wrapped in Nori and crusted Panko flakes, and served on a bed of rice with wasabi-ginger buerre blanc sauce. The large portions of sashimi are a proven crowd-pleaser, as are oysters on the half-shell and steamer clams served in a real clam shell. There are also nightly specials which showcase the Chef‚s unique “Pacific Rim, local-style” cuisine. Try the firm, mild-flavored Opah, seared in Cajun spices and served over garlic mashed potatoes, or the tender, flaky Opakapaka grilled in a smoked red pepper cream sauce. The Feast at Lele If you’re in the mood for romance while feasting on culture, The Feast at Lele is an experience you won’t find anywhere else in Hawai‘i. Situated along a sandy beach where Maui’s royal family used to entertain are individual tables in a garden patio with views of Lahaina’s dramatic sunsets. This sit-down dinner offers five epicurean courses from the Pacific islands of Tonga, Tahiti, Samoa, and Hawai‘i. Nationally-acclaimed Chef James McDonald designed the menu based on his interpretation of the traditional dishes of each nation-state. It’s a royal tour of the cuisine of Polynesia sharing the spotlight with music and dance from four Pacific islands. Pacific'O A complete experience in dining and entertainment, if one of your Maui fantasies includes unparalleled views spreading across the glittering blue sea during the day and continuing into an inspiring array of color at sunset. The best of Hawaii’s bounty infused with the old world traditions from Europe and Asia are found here. Fresh fish dishes dominate the menu. For example the Kona Winds- a fresh fish dish seared with house spices, served over wilted arugula and bean sprouts and topped with warm avocado, Maui onion salsa, goat cheese crumbles, macadamia nuts, and a soy bacon vinaigrette is delectable. Sounds a little new world and the flavors are truly classic. Meat, pasta, and veggie dishes are more complex than you would expect. But as they say the proof is in the pudding. B.J.'s Chicago Pizzeria If a great second floor balcony view of Lahaina Bay affording fabulous sparkling ocean vistas and the more than occasional unforgettable sunset, great pizza, and cool entertainment is what you are looking for, this is “IT”! B.J.’s has won many awards (“Best Pizza on Maui” Maui News Readers Survey, “One of the finest pizzas in the country” by Bon Appetit and “Best Pizza” L.A. Times) for their excellent version of Chicago’s famous deep-dish pizzas. The menu at B.J.’s includes caesar salads, excellent buffalo wings, thick sandwiches located on B.J.’s own home-baked bread, pasta dishes and fresh- from-the-oven “Pizookies” served with ice cream. B.J.’s air-conditioned open-air restaurant is infused with the excitement of downtown Lahaina. The prices are reasonable, the wait persons are very friendly and the candlelit
