Hinojosa and Manaku believe in changing menu selections based on seasonal products, customers’ preferences as well as seeking new local flavors to incorporate in their dishes. Tropica Restaurant is open Wednesdays to Sundays for dinner from 5:00 pm to 9:30 pm, with Tropica Bar open from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
