The Tramonto Prix Fixe Menu features delectable favorites from Pūlehu’s chef de cuisine, Jesse Pita. Select from a choice of one starter – Insalata Caesar or Caprese; a choice of one entrée – Spaghettini & Meatball, Fettucine Alfredo, Risotto Crusted Pesce or Prime Top Sirloin; and a choice of seasonal desserts. These full-size portions are prepared using fresh and sustainable ingredients, incorporating local Maui products.
“We want our guests to experience relaxed upscale Italian dining at an attainable price,” said Jim Hansen, restaurant manager and wine expert at Pūlehu, an Italian Grill. “In my opinion, our Tramonto menu is one of the best deals on the island and allows our customers the ability to guiltlessly splurge on a nice bottle of wine.”
The restaurant, which overlooks the koi pond gardens of the North Tower of The Westin Kā‘anapali Ocean Resort Villas, also features delicious a la carte options such as Kaua‘i Prawn Carbonara
with Guanciale, Farm Fresh Egg and Parmesan Egg Emulsion; Pappardelle Bolognese with Maui Cattle Beef; a 40 oz. Wagyu Tomahawk Ribeye with Ali‘i Mushroom Risotto, Seared Foie Gras and Brussels Sprouts; and an impressive dessert menu.
