After a big Fall tour and press run for the feature film TAG, which Rolling Stone hailed as, “An R-rated summer fun fest”, Hannibal Buress is making his Maui debut at Castle Theater on 12/29. Hannibal Buress is regular on Comedy Central and star of three Netflix standup comedy specials including his latest Comedy Camisado, currently streaming on Netflix. He’s been called “one of the most supremely gifted and respected” comics around by The New York Times.
Buress is a favorite on the late-night circuit and has written for NBC’s Saturday Night Live and 30 Rock. Since his role in the comedy feature Daddy’s Home alongside Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg, Buress has appeared on the big screen in Spider-Man: Homecoming, and the Baywatch revival. Hannibal also lent his voice to the animated films The Secret Life of Pets and Angry Birds.
Buress recently wrapped filming on feature film, TAG, starring alongside Jon Hamm, Rashida Jones, and Isla Fisher. His third hour standup special, Comedy Camisado, is currently streaming on Netflix.
