The Kula Lodge & Restaurant specializes in a fusion of herbs and spices with fresh Hawaiian ingredients creating upcountry cuisine for the diners’ pleasure. They handcraft their dishes including the sauces, soups and salad dressings. The Lodge’s menu changes seasonally with the availability of fresh produce and the proximity of nearby upcountry farms makes it possible to use sustainable locally sourced ingredients. Many of the herbs and vegetables are grown at The Kula Lodge.
