The Mill House is excited to announce two very special evenings of Maui Chef’s Table. We invite you to join us and experience the cooking and company of three of Hawaii’s best chefs. Chef Eddie Lopez and Chef Sheldon Simeon will join Mill House Executive Chef Jeff Scheer for two nights of Maui Chef’s Table collaborations on Friday, August 12th and Saturday, August 13th.
Each week Chef Scheer creates a seven-course menu based on local ingredients and recent inspiration. The menu is then brought to life for an intimate group of diners in our open-air kitchen. Maui Chef’s Table is an interactive experience; guests get a close up look at each course as it is crafted and are welcome to ask questions and to learn about the inspiration and ingredients of each course. Join us for this unique opportunity to experience the craft of these three talented chefs!

Join us for one of these unique culinary evenings, surrounded by farmland, at the Maui Tropical Plantation. The menu for Friday, August 12th and Saturday, August 13th will be planned by Chefs Lopez, Simeon, and Scheer. These three Chefs will be present and hosting both nights of Chef’s Table. Chef’s Table begins at 6:00 p.m. Reservations are required. Tickets can be purchased by clicking here or calling 808.270.0303. To book a party over six people please call. Tickets are $190 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity. Wine, beer and specialty cocktails are available for purchase during Chef’s Table. Sorry, no outside alcohol is allowed on the premise.
