From SPAGO, at Four Seasons Resort, Maui:
LYCHEE MARTINI:
2 oz Ocean Vodka
1/4 oz fresh lime juice
1 1 oz Boiron lychee puree
1/2 oz lychee syrup
Method: Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, add ice, shake vigorously (20 times), strain into a martini glass. Add 2 whole lychee as garnish.
