Tommy Bahama
At Tommy Bahama Restaurant at The Shops at Wailea, Valentine’s Day diners can enjoy a special three-course Prix Fixe menu ($150 for two guests), available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Guests can choose from starters including the Island Shrimp & Crab Cocktail, Roasted Beet Salad or Coconut Shrimp. The entrée special is a 32oz Bone-in Tomahawk steak for two, served with Twice-Baked Potato, Grilled Asparagus and Marinated King Trumpet Mushrooms, followed by a Triple Chocolate Cake for dessert. Tommy Bahama will also feature the Valentine’s Day Blush cocktail, which features Hendrick’s Gin, Ruby Red Grapefruit, St. Germain, Tarragon Syrup, and club soda. Moku Roots
Lahaina Gateway’s vegan, zero-waste eatery Moku Roots will be offering a special five-course Valentine’s Day menu priced at $85 per person. The menu features the Fond of you Fondue, a vegan gruyere fondue served with local vegetables and house-made breads, Heart Beet Salad, Heart of Palm “Crab” Cakes, “Lobster” Love Ravioli made of housemade pasta and local mushrooms in a sage beurre blanc sauce, and a Ménage à Trois dessert trio. Da Shrimp Hale West
At Lahaina Gateway, Da Shrimp Hale West will debut their new Gumbo Moco ($13.99) on Valentine’s Day, which features a beef patty and rice smothered with gumbo and topped with eggs, shrimp and andouille sausage.
