“The Original Martini Madness!”
Monkeypod Kitchen’s No Ka Oi Martini Recipe
Ingredients:
2 oz. Ocean Vodka
1 oz. Honey-lilikoi mix(see below)
.75 oz. Lime
.5 oz. Simple syrup
3-5 Thai basil leaves
Method:
• Combine all ingredients in mixing glass. Add ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with Thai Basil leaf flat on top of liquid.
Honey-Lilikoi Mix:
1 part Honey
2 parts Simple syrup
2 parts Lilikoi/passion fruit puree
2 parts Egg whites
4 parts Cold water
