Here at O’o farm our CSA boxes represent our seasons and the wide breadth of crops (135) that we produce. Traditionally we grow for chefs and some of the world’s best farm to table meals. In order to fill a plate or an entire chef’s pantry from one farm we must be highly diversified.
O’o farm produces naturally grown leafy green vegetables, root vegetables, fruiting body plants, orchard fruits, savory herbs, and a wide array of edible flowers. Additionally it also grows and creates herbal teas and coffee that consistently places in the top 10% of the entire planet!
Here are some things to expect this week from the fields (note, all items on this list will be harvested this week however not all items will make it into every CSA box):

O’o Farm Gourmet Lunch Tour
A truly unique island experience begins in the misting forest of Waipoli in Upcountry Maui where you will find O’o Farm. Over the past 10 years, our 8.5 acre diversified natural farm has flourished providing fresh local ingredients for Pacific’O restaurant at 505 Front Street in Lahaina, Maui. Its northwest exposure and 3500 foot elevation on the slopes of Haleakala provide a breathtaking venue for a truly unique Maui experience. It is here at O’o Farm that you can enjoy the cool upcountry climate and panoramic bi-coastal views of the island. Enrich your soul with a connection to the land as you sit down to a gourmet lunch prepared in your presence with fresh natural products you just harvested. Become hunters and gatherers of a sort again, living for today’s treasures.
Due to the recent health crisis, we are asking everyone where a mask during the walking portion of the tour!
What to bring
- MASK REQUIRED FOR WALKING PORTION OF TOUR (you are able to take it off when sitting at your table)
- Comfortable walking shoes (Closed toed is preferred )
- Beer or Wine to enjoy with lunch (no corkage fee)
- A light jacket (Tends to get very cold up there in the winter times)
Coffee Tour
Seed to Cup Gourmet Breakfast Tour
Our Seed to Cup tour begins in the misting forest of Waipoli in Upcountry Maui where you will find O’o Farm. You’ll be greeted with french press coffee to start your day up on top of our farm. You will also discover with us as we take an inside look at the transformation from the fruit of a scraggly bush into the World’s second most sought after commodity. Participants connect with both agriculture history of coffee and the “seed to cup” process by strolling through our orchard and experiencing sight, sounds and smells a real roasting operation.
The tour runs Monday through Friday, starting at 8:30 am and ending at 11:30 am
Cost is $84 per person ($74 for Hawaiian ID holding residents, $37 for kids btw 5-12)
We recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes (closed-toe preferred) and a jacket
**Changes and cancellations to your reservation need to be made by 3 PM the day before your tour otherwise it will result in a full charge on the credit card on file. A 17% gratuity will be added to parties of 6 or more.

*Items are seasonal and subject to change. All meals are served family style, so you will get a chance to try everything. If you have any food restrictions, please mention them when making your reservation and we will be happy to make adjustments to your dietary needs.

With the recent health crisis happening all over the world, O’o Farm employees have committed their volunteer time to harvest produce for our farm to sell back to the community! With all the grocery stores being so overwhelming, we hope this will help bring some nutrition into your life in an unstressful way! Each box will contain about 8 to 12 pounds of CSA style produce, ranging from leafy greens, root vegetables, herbs and spices, and fruits!
