Just in time for Summer, Poke Bloody Mary Recipe from Auntie’s Kitchen!
Poke Ingredients – Serves 2
4 ounces fresh ‘ahi tuna, diced into small pieces*
2 tbsp. white onion, chopped
1 tbsp. green onion, chopped
Splash sesame oil
½ ounce soy sauce
Pinch chili flakes, to taste
Poke Directions
Place ‘ahi, white onion, green onion and sesame oil and soy sauce in a bowl. Mix together until everything is coated. Serve immediately.
Bloody Mary Ingredients
2 ounces vodka
4 ounces tomato juice
2 tbsp. sriracha sea salt
½ ounce bloody Mary seasoning
½ cup of ice
2 lime wedges
Bloody Mary Directions
Trace rim of a tall cocktail glass with lime wedge, dredge in sriracha sea salt. Pack glass with ice, pour in vodka and tomato juice. Season to taste with your favorite bloody Mary mix. Garnish with lime, your choice or additional Mary garnish and chopsticks. Serve poke in two-ounce shot glass alongside the cocktail.
*Raw fish should be kept refrigerated or on ice prior to preparing, and should be cut and handled on a separate surface than the other ingredients.
