Located oceanfront at The Westin Maui Resort & Spa, Relish Oceanside presents al-fresco dining with some of the best happy-hour appetizers and a winning cocktail list. Executive Sous Chef Jennifer Evetushick has also designed entrée selections that showcase island-inspired cuisine with locally-grown flavors. Favorites include Blue Crab & Macadamia Nut Mahi Mahi with hamakua mushrooms, shichimi seared asparagus and sake kabayaki cream. The Hawaiian Style Sticky Ribs with li hing pineapple and Achiote Pork Chop with poha berry okolehao agrodolce and roasted cauliflower are also enjoyed by many. In addition to Banana Cream Pie Trifle and Relish Fudge Pie for the sweet-toothed, Chef Jenn introduced Caramelized Pineapple Cheesecake where her Aunt Gertie’s old-fashioned cheesecake recipe is enhanced with fresh Maui Gold pineapple and a bright pineapple coulis.
Set amidst cascading waterfalls and tropical greenery lit by flickering tiki torches, Relish Oceanside exudes a blend of subtle sophistication where guests can unwind and relax with fine wines and a tapas-style menu that includes flash fried Garlic Prawns, Pork Belly Buns, Ohana Sashimi with ahi, salmon and ono or Charcuterie Board with imported cheeses and salami, guava paste, mushroom pate, house-crafted toasts and lavosh. The Pupu Slate features robust local favorites such as Kimchee endamame, ahi poke, miso-cilantro hummus, taro pita, pickled garlic and pipikaula.
Take advantage of Happy Hour, where you can imbibe local draft beer, wine and handcrafted cocktails such as Dragonberry Bomb, Okole Wow and the award-winning No Ka ‘Oi Mai Tai. Open daily from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm, the restaurant bar also offers separate dining area for parties and family reunions of approximately 20 persons.
